I have to say, I got pretty lucky snagging this unit. Despite starting my search late, I managed to find an absolute gem just a couple of weeks before my trip. It’s still not easy to find a good, affordable place in Melbourne’s CBD, especially when travel dates are creeping up. But after scouring Airbnb, I finally came across this beautifully cozy apartment—and to my delight, it was available for my dates!
What really draws me to this place? It still has those lovely furnishings, the fresh scent when you walk in, and an unbeatable location in the heart of the CBD. Honestly, what more could you ask for?
Location, Location, Location
This spot is still perfectly placed—just a 15-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, which is handy if you’re coming in from Melbourne Airport. The Skybus now costs around AUD 22 for a one-way ticket, but it’s still the easiest way to get into the city. From the apartment, you’re also a stone’s throw away from some of the best coffee spots in town. If you haven’t tried Manchester Press or Dukes Coffee Roasters, you’re missing out—both are a must for that perfect Flat White. Seriously, life-changing!
Still Instagrammable?
Every corner of this apartment is still just as Instagrammable as ever. The modern decor hasn’t aged a bit—it’s like stepping into a boutique magazine spread. Don’t you think? I’ve definitely taken my fair share of photos here!
Final Thoughts: Is It Still the Best?
